Three-Room Multi-Split in an Ealing Home

The Brief

An Ealing homeowner wanted air conditioning across the main bedroom, the home office, and the living room, with the option to add the second bedroom later. They wanted the external clutter kept to a minimum, ideally one condenser doing the work of three.

What We Did

• Survey and sizing: calculated the combined load of all four potential rooms, specced the outdoor unit with headroom for the fourth head added later.
• Fixed quote: one written price covering supply, install, commissioning, and the documentation.
• Pipework run: planned a clean route to all three indoor positions, with concealed runs where possible and tidy chasing where not.
• Indoor heads: three units fitted in agreed wall positions, each with its own controller.
• Outdoor condenser: sized correctly, bracketed to the back wall, anti-vibration mounts and proper drainage.
• Pressure test, vacuum, charge: system held pressure, full vacuum pulled, refrigerant charged to manufacturer spec.
• Commission and hand over: each indoor head tested on cool and heat, controllers demoed, paperwork passed over.

The Result

Three rooms running properly on one outdoor unit, with capacity left for the fourth when the homeowner is ready. The external footprint is one condenser instead of three, and every indoor head can be set to its own temperature without the system fighting itself.
